Enrolment Procedures.
Upon receipt of all admission documents, the following steps are taken:
- The faculty will review the documents and will propose each applicant to the Board for (non) admission to one of the College’s programs.
- The Board may consider applicants who do not meet the standard admission requirements for conditional admission. These students will be admitted on probation. The conditions for the probation will be recorded in the student’s records.
- The Board may also consider applicants who have completed course work in addition to the standard requirements for the 3-year progam for advance placement in this program. This decision will be recorded in the student’s records.
- The Board will consider late applications only if and when student places are still available.
- All applicants will receive notice of the Board’s decision in early May.
- Upon receipt of this notice from the Board, all candidates must notify the College of their acceptance using the Confirmation Form provided for that purpose.
- Students who are accepted into one of the College’s programs are required to provide the following additional documentation before classes begin in September:
a) a doctor’s certificate testifying to a tuberculosis-free status.
b) proof that a police check has been conducted.
- Assistance in finding accommodation may be requested from the College Administrator.
